Our warranty on service and equipment is second to none at Niagara Home Heating. We are committed to giving our customers ongoing service and support after the original installation of their heating and/or cooling system. If you have any problems with your furnace or air conditioner we are there for you.

Every single job — whether it’s a $189 repair or a $15,000 full-system replacement — comes with our unconditional 100 % satisfaction guarantee.
That means:
- If something doesn’t feel right after we leave, you call me.
- We come back the same day or next day (your choice) and make it right.
- No extra charges. No “that’s not covered” excuses.
We’ve driven to Fort Erie at 10 p.m. because a customer said the new furnace was “a little louder than I expected.” Turned out the return duct needed a $40 flex connector. Fixed it, apologized, left. That’s the standard.
